Feature and Follow Friday


 

RULES

To join the fun and make new book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:
  1. (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts {Parajunkee &; Alison Can Read}
  1. (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers
  2. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
  3. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
  4. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
  5. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers
  6. If you’re new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

Q: Have you ever bought a book BECAUSE of a bad review?

 I always check out reviews before I read books but, even if it gets a bad review I have to read it for myself just to see if I agree with them because everyone has their own opinions

    True, you can't just base your view of a book on other people's opinions. Gotta be yourself ;)

    Hi there :) just hopping through. I look at reviews but they aren't the deciding factor in what books I buy and read.

    New follower! I check out reviews before I read books, but only sometimes. I always have my own opinion anyways, so what's the use, right?

    Great answer. I like to shape my own opinion on a book despite if it got a bad review or not. I'm a new follower :)

    That's a great answer, I like it a lot. It's almost the same for me partially out of curiosity and partially to give the book a chance, because I want to see for myself whether I'll actually like it or not. :)
